We are looking for a Product Assurance Manager to join the team!  As we embark on our space projects, you will ensure that the development and delivery of our products is in full compliance with the contractual and company requirements.  You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, testing, and procurement teams to ensure seamless integration of product assurance processes into all project phases.

We are looking for candidates that meet the following profile:

• Due to security requirements, must be a Canadian or US citizen, or a permanent resident of Canada, and will be required to provide a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years’ experience in product assurance or quality management; experience within the space or aerospace industry an asset.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product assurance activities for space projects or complex engineering initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards, such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or other relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Must be creative, self‐motivated, organized, receptive to constructive feedback, and able to learn quickly on a continuous basis.
