BTI provides a full range of service and support activities:

  • Technical and reachback support through phone, email, and web services
  • Installation and checkout of deployed systems
  • Factory and field servicing of equipment, for both routine maintenance and repairs
  • User training, both at BTI’s facility and at customer sites

Extended warranties and service contracts are available and can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
